  • Scan, track, and process inventory using warehouse management systems, RF scanners, and barcode scanners.
  • Inspect products for quality defects and verify product integrity prior to shipment.
  • Read and interpret pick lists, shipping documents, work orders, and labels to ensure correct order fulfillment.
  • Prepare shipments and stage materials for outbound transportation according to shipping requirements.
  • Palletize, wrap, label, and organize inventory for storage and shipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation for all material movements.
  • Support warehouse organization, including 5S practices and general housekeeping initiatives.
  • Work safely around pedestrians, forklifts, and production equipment, following all safety procedures.
  • Assist with material replenishment and inventory movement throughout the operation to support production needs.
  • Participate in dock operations, including truck loading and unloading, and ensure efficient material flow.
  • Support stockroom, kitting, and material logistics activities as needed to meet operational requirements.
Essential Skills
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2+ years of warehouse experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years of forklift experience, including stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
  • Prior forklift experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.

  • Experience with shipping and receiving operations.
  • Experience loading and unloading trucks.
  • Experience using RF scanners, barcode scanners, or warehouse tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
  • Comfort working in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret pick lists, shipping documents, work orders, and labels.
  • Ability to perform inventory transactions and cycle counts accurately.
  • Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
  • Ability to work safely around forklifts, pedestrians, and production equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience as a Distribution Operator, Warehouse Operator, Forklift Operator, Material Handler, Logistics Associate, or similar role.
  • Experience with stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
  • Experience with inventory control, inventory reconciliation, and inventory specialist duties.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
  • Experience with dock operations, truck loading, and truck unloading.
  • Background in manufacturing warehouse or production support environments.
  • Experience with order verification, product verification, and shipping documentation.
  • Knowledge of preparing and handling bills of lading.
  • Experience working with finished goods, raw materials, and warehouse distribution processes.
  • Experience with kitting, stockroom operations, and supply chain material logistics.
  • Ability to perform packing, order picking, stocking, palletizing, and packaging tasks.
  • Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification, as required by the employer.
Why Work Here?

You will join a manufacturing-focused warehouse operation where safety, accuracy, and teamwork are highly valued. The role offers the opportunity to work with modern material handling and inventory technologies while building deep experience in supply chain and logistics. You can expect a structured environment with clear expectations, consistent processes, and the chance to contribute directly to efficient production and distribution. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys hands-on responsibilities, and wants to grow their skills in a professional, operations-driven setting.

Work Environment

The role is based in a manufacturing warehouse environment that involves frequent forklift operation, material handling, and movement of large materials throughout the facility. You will regularly work around production equipment, dock areas, and active forklift traffic, following established safety procedures at all times. The position involves loading and unloading trucks, operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts, using pallet jacks, and working with RF and barcode scanners connected to warehouse management or ERP systems. The work requires wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, including steel-toe boots, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace in line with 5S and housekeeping standards.
