Job description

In this role, you will be required to

ยท -Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment.

ยท -Reading repair manuals.

ยท -Running tests and interpreting results to make effective recommendations.

ยท -Writing reports and preventative maintenance plans.

ยท -Sourcing replacement parts.

ยท -Repairing or replacing faulty equipment.

ยท -Fabricating any components required.

ยท -Providing time and material cost estimates before starting a job.

ยท -Communicating with the customer and fellow employees.

Along with must be willing to travel in and out of country, if you do not already own a passport, the company will pay to obtain one for travel out of country.

Along with a TWIC badge.

Apprenticeship is available which includes.

ยท 1 to 2 years based on performance.

ยท Riding along with the top technician.

ยท Hands on training/learning experience.

ยท Quarterly reviews.

ยท NFPA Electrical Safety Training.

ยท Advancement to a service truck.

Along with

- Phone and laptop will be provided, must be willing to be on call for service calls even on the weekends, if need be, for an emergency.

- Special tooling will be provided for jobs.

- Annual review, along with quarterly reviews, based on performance.

- Travel required at any given time unless previously scheduled off.

- Per Diem is included for any travel outside of Jacksonville that requires an overnight stay.

- Uniforms will be provided by the company.

- Yearly raises will be performance base throughout the year and will be determined upon the yearly performance review.

-Service truck will be provided to travel back and forth to jobsites, upon performance base approval service truck will be allowed to be used to travel to and from home as well.

(This does not include going through tolls with the service truck unless traveling to a jobsite.)

- On 1st annual anniversary a tool allowance will be given, then tool allowance will be given on an yearly bases.
