Summary

Mike & Patty’s is a New England–based craft-casual breakfast brand built on the belief that breakfast can make or break your day. Flourhouse Bakery produces the bread that powers every Mike & Patty’s sandwich. We’re seeking a Bakery Supervisor to lead bakery operations and support our continued growth.

Position Overview

The Bakery Supervisor manages daily bakery operations at Flourhouse Bakery, including production, quality, food safety, and team performance. This role ensures that all Mike & Patty’s locations receive consistently high-quality bread and baked goods, supporting the brand’s craft-focused breakfast experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily bread and baked goods production with a balance of hands-on baking and operational oversight
  • Ensure consistent product quality, recipe execution, and freshness standards
  • Maintain food safety compliance and an inspection-ready facility
  • Manage production planning, purchasing, labor, yields, and waste within budget
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing bakery team
  • Partner with operations and store teams to forecast needs and support menu updates

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of bread baking experience, artisan bread experience preferred
  • Prior leadership experience in a high-volume bakery environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work early-morning production schedules
  • ServSafe Manager certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)
This is a key leadership role and an opportunity to help scale a craft-driven bakery program that defines the Mike & Patty’s breakfast experience.
