Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality medical services and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN or RN to work in our short-term rehab treatment program. This role offers a 2 pm to 10 pm shift, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

  • Document patient information accurately in EMR and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.

  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.

  • Work closely with physicians, care team partners, residents, and family members.

Requirements

  • Valid LPN or RN license.

  • Relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting.

  • Strong understanding of medical documentation practices and ability to navigate electronic health record systems.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients, families, and team members.
