The successful candidate must be available for final in person interview and if selected 30 day immersion program onsite.
Reporting to the Director, Commercial Operations, the Salesforce Product Owner is responsible for owning the end-to-end Salesforce strategy and execution, driving the transformation toward a single, scalable global CRM platform. This role plays a key part in shaping how commercial teams operate by enabling data-driven decisions, improving cross-functional processes, and ensuring that Salesforce supports business growth, efficiency, and long-term scalability.
This position is part of the Commercial Operations department located in the United States and will be remote.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
  • Lead the consolidation of multiple Salesforce instances into a single global platform, including data cleaning, standardization, and evaluation of existing architecture and code.

  • Own the end-to-end Salesforce product lifecycle, including solution design, architecture decisions, configuration, integrations, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.

  • Gather, document, and translate complex business requirements into clear specifications, user stories, and scalable process flows, ensuring alignment with best-practice Salesforce architecture.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT to identify pain points, optimize commercial processes, and improve funnel management and user experience.

  • Lead integrations between Salesforce and ERP systems (e.g., Infor Syteline, Oracle, SAP, Dynamics), ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.

  • Play a key role in M&A-related system integrations, consolidating data and processes from acquired entities into a unified Salesforce environment.

  • Leverage AI and emerging Salesforce capabilities (e.g., automation, Einstein, workflow optimization) to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance productivity.

  • Act as both a strategic architect and hands-on contributor, balancing system design with the ability to support or execute development activities when needed.

The essential requirements of the job include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce, CRM transformation, or commercial systems roles, including implementation or large-scale enhancement initiatives.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce (core objects, workflows, reporting, and solution design) with hands-on experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Availability to travel as needed-potentially up to ~40% during implementation phases-to support onsite requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment, primarily in Colorado locations.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $130000 - $160,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
