Job Description Over the Road/Local - Camanche, IAJob Description - Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck Driver - Camanche, IASign-On Bonus: $2,500Referral Bonus: $1,000Position Summary:ADM Trucking, Inc. is seeking reliable and safety-oriented Over-the-Road (OTR) Class A CDL Drivers to join our team based out of Camanche, IA. As a vital part of our nationwide logistics operations, you'll be responsible for long-haul deliveries across state lines-representing ADM with professionalism and dependability on every mile.Our OTR drivers haul a variety of freight including food-grade tanker, dry van, pneumatic, intermodal, and flatbed loads. The position involves extended time on the road, requiring flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays to meet customer demand. Weekly miles may vary based on season and load availability.Key Responsibilities:Safely operate a variety of equipment including tanker, van, pneumatic, and flatbed trailersPlan and execute long-haul routes while managing breaks, fuel stops, weather, construction, and customer appointment timesLoad and unload cargo according to ADM and customer proceduresAdhere strictly to all FMCSA, OSHA, DOT, EPA, and ADM safety and compliance standardsRepresent ADM professionally while on the road and at customer locationsQualifications:Must be 24 years of age or olderValid Class A CDL with no restrictionsMust be able to obtain Hazmat endorsement within 60 days of employmentNo more than 1 chargeable accident in the past 3 yearsNo more than 1 moving violation in the past 3 yearsNo more than 3 jobs in the past 3 yearsAbility to pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, background check, and functional capacity testPreferred Experience:Prior OTR driving experienceExperience with tanker, pneumatic, or flatbed trailersStrong trip planning and time management skillsFood-grade or bulk commodity hauling is a plusPreference given to candidates willing and able to haul into/out of CanadaWhat We Offer:$2,500 sign-on bonus$1,000 referral bonusFull benefits package including:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance401(k) with company matchPension and ESOP participationUniforms providedSteady miles with a reputable, stable company in the food-grade transportation industryADM requires the successful completion of a background check. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
