Position Overview:

The Systems Analyst demonstrates hands-on Oracle Fusion experience supporting the implementation, optimization, stabilization, and ongoing operation of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. This role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating business needs into scalable, supportable Oracle Fusion solutions.

The ideal candidate has direct experience working on at least one Oracle Fusion implementation, understands Oracle's configuration-first philosophy, and can confidently guide stakeholders toward standard, sustainable solutions.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead requirements gathering and analysis for Oracle Fusion modules (e.g., HCM, Financials, SCM,OTM, CX-based on scope)
  • Translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion configuration and functional design
  • Advise stakeholders on best practices, standard functionality, and configuration vs. customization tradeoffs
  • Support setup activities including workflows, approvals, security roles, and flexfields
  • Facilitate workshops to document current-state and future-state business processes
  • Challenge non-standard or high-risk requirements and recommend alternatives to prevent unnecessary customization.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, SMEs, and IT teams
  • Clearly communicate impacts, risks, and options to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Partner with technical teams on:
    • Inbound/outbound integrations (OIC, REST, file-based)
    • Support data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
  • Understand data ownership, master data governance, and downstream/upstream impacts.
  • Support reporting requirements using OTBI and BI Publisher (as applicable)
  • Lead or support UAT planning execution, and defect triage.
  • Develop test scenarios and coordinate defect triage and resolution.
  • Assist with cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Support quarterly Oracle Fusion updates, including impact assessment and regression testing.
  • Assist with cutover planning and go-live readiness.

  • Transition knowledge effectively in preparation for full-time conversion.

What You Offer Us:

  • 5+ years of Systems Analyst or equivalent experience
  • Direct, hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience (at least one implementation or major enhancement)
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Oracle Fusion configuration vs. customization
    • Functional setup tasks and workflows
    • Role-based security concepts
  • Proven experience translating business requirements into system solutions
  • Strong documentation skills (functional requirements, process flows, user stories)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation skills
  • Experience with large or mid-enterprise ERP implementations (500+ employees) (preferred)
  • Exposure to integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)(preferred)
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Oracle implementation methodologies (preferred)
  • Experience supporting HCM, Financials, or Payroll-related processes (preferred)
  • Experience working with external system integrators or consulting partners (preferred)

Oracle Fusion experience is mandatory. Candidates without direct Fusion experience will not be considered.
