Ofrecemos una excelente oportunidad profesional como SUPERVISOR DE MANTENIMIENTO en OTIS para ALMERIA.

Las principales responsabilidades de la posicion son las siguientes:

  • Supervisar y coordinar al equipo tecnico a cargo (incluyendo subcontratistas), incluyendo hojas de tiempo, control de gastos, informes de dificultad, y seguimiento de actividad.

  • Atender y asesorar tecnicamente a equipo, clientes y prescriptores, tanto telefonico, por email o presencial.

  • Coordinar con Dir. Obras para necesidades y ayudas tecnicas.

  • Controlar unidades en cartera mediante registro en sistemas internos (SICO), asi como coordinar y seguir dichas unidades.

  • Gestionar personas a su cargo, garantizando el cumplimiento de politicas y procesos establecidos por RR.HH. y formacion tecnica: gestion desempeno, formacion anual, Servicio Excelente y tecnicas 5-10-5, etc., asegurando la adecuacion del desempeno del equipo a las necesidades de la compania.

  • Responsabilizarse de la comunicacion interna dentro del equipo, incluyendo la preparacion e imparticion de reuniones.

  • Garantizar la seguridad de equipo y clientes, mediante la imparticion de cursos de seguridad, el analisis de riesgos no estandarizados y realizacion de evaluacion de FPAs.

Requisitos:

FORMACION: se requiere Grado de INGENIERIA o ARQUITECTURA.

EXPERIENCIA: Deseable al menos 2 anos de experiencia en puesto similar en el sector de la elevacion o sector industrial.

OFIMATICA: Dominio Microsoft Office 365.

IDIOMAS: Valorable Nivel B2 de ingles.

COMPETENCIAS: Gestion de equipos, Orientacion a resultado, Capacidad para resolver conflictos.
