Job Description:
School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) - Part Time | Duvall, WA | 2026-2027 School Year
Ampersand Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year in Duvall, Washington. This is a part-time in-person position in a school setting. Whether you're an experienced school-based OT or just beginning your school therapy journey, we'd love to hear from you!
Job Highlights:
  • Location: Duvall, WA
  • Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) - School Setting
  • Schedule: 15 hours a week
  • Setting: In-person, K-12 public school environment
  • Caseload: to be discussed in interview

Responsibilities:
  • Provide school-based OT services including assessments, treatment, and consultation
  • Conduct evaluations and write reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and write IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Maintain timely documentation and progress notes

Qualifications:
  • Must hold (or be eligible for) Washington State OT license
  • Must hold (or be willing to obtain) ESA Certification (Educational Staff Associate)
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
