Evolutionary Healthcare is expanding our physician-led team and seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Osteopathic Physician (DO) with experience in Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) to provide patient-centered care in skilled nursing facilities across Florida.

What You’ll Do As an OMT Physician, you will:
• Provide osteopathic manipulative treatment and medical evaluations in post-acute and skilled nursing settings
• Diagnose and treat neuromusculoskeletal conditions using hands-on osteopathic principles
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on mobility, pain management, and functional recovery
• Build meaningful relationships with patients in Florida communities

Qualifications
We are seeking physicians who have:
• Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility
• Experience performing Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience in post-acute, geriatrics, or skilled nursing facilities is preferred but not required.
