Position: Permit Coordinator
Location: This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in one of the following states: AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MO, OR, PA, TX, or VA.

We're looking for a Permit Coordinator who combines technical precision with a collaborative spirit. You'll collaborate with engineers, technicians, and permitting authorities to prepare, submit, and track permit applications while ensuring regulatory compliance.

What you'll do:
  • Coordinate permit activities across cross-functional teams and ensure timely communication and reporting. This includes, but is not limited to, Right-Of-Way, Railroad, Bridge attachment, Army Corp, etc.
  • Ensure permit deliverables meet quality standards and agency requirements.
  • Conduct regular permit status meetings and provide project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage permit dependencies and critical path activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of all quality assurance activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in OSP technologies, and incorporate these into the quality assurance program.
  • Ensure that all OSP facilities meet customer requirements and expectations, and provide input and recommendations for continuous improvement.
You bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or computer science.
  • 3+ years of experience in telecoms management or coordination roles.
  • Strong knowledge of telecoms networks and technologies.
  • Experience with project management methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
