Amentum is seeking an Intelligence Support to Information Operations (ISIO) (Senior) to support Combatant Command Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) under the Apollo program. The selected candidate will provide integrated intelligence support to planning, targeting, and assessment processes, enabling data-driven decision-making, enhanced situational awareness, and effective synchronization of information-related capabilities.

As an ISIO (Senior) you will have the opportunity to:

  • Serve as the lead ISIO supporting intelligence integration into OIE campaign assessment and operational execution across Combatant Commands (CCMDs).
  • Provide all-source intelligence support to Operations in the Information Environment, enabling planning, execution, and assessment of non-kinetic activities.
  • Develop, refine, and integrate intelligence products supporting Measures of Performance (MOP) and Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) for campaign assessment.
  • Support intelligence-driven targeting processes, including identification of adversary networks, vulnerabilities, and key nodes relevant to information environment operations.
  • Integrate intelligence inputs into planning artifacts (e.g., CONOPs, OPLANs, annexes, and assessment plans) to inform operational design and execution.
  • Coordinate and manage intelligence requirements across Information Forces, ensuring alignment with operational objectives and priorities.
  • Conduct intelligence fusion across multiple sources (SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and other all-source reporting) to generate actionable insights for planners and decision-makers.
  • Support battle rhythm events and provide intelligence briefings to senior leadership to inform operational decisions and campaign adjustments.
  • Assess intelligence reporting and operational outcomes to provide feedback for continuous improvement of information operations effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have an active Top-Secret security clearance and be SCI and polygraph eligible. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience (or advanced degree equivalency) in intelligence, national security, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience supporting all-source intelligence operations (e.g., SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT) in operational environments
  • Experience providing intel support to OIE at the Combatant Command (CCMD), or Joint level.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating intelligence into operational planning, targeting, and assessment processes
  • Strong understanding of the intelligence lifecycle, collection management, and analytic methodologies
  • Experience supporting non-kinetic targeting, network analysis, or information environment operations
  • Experience developing intelligence products that support campaign assessment (MOP/MOE frameworks)
  • Experience coordinating and managing intelligence requirements across multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to translate intelligence analysis into actionable insights for operational decision-makers Strong ability to translate operational media activities into structured, traceable data inputs for analysis and decision support

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience conducting network analysis, adversary assessments, or nodal analysis of threat networks
  • Familiarity with intelligence and targeting tools (e.g., Palantir, Analyst Notebook, ArcGIS, or similar platforms)
  • Experience supporting Special Technical Operations (STO) or sensitive activities integration into planning and execution
  • Experience working in cross-CCMD or multi-theater operational environments
  • Experience supporting campaign assessment, operational analysis, or effectiveness evaluation
  • Formal training in joint planning, targeting, or intelligence integration (e.g., JOPP, MDMP, targeting methodologies)
  • Experience working in joint, interagency, or coalition environments
  • Demonstrated ability to support integration of intelligence, operations, and assessment for decision advantage

Compensation Details:

$120,000 - 170,000
