About the Position IEWTPT comprises three functional components: The Technical Control Cell (TCC), the Target Signature Array (TSA), and the HUMINT Control Cell (HCC). Provide specific MI Support, exercise development and execution, including individual and team (section) intelligence MOS sustainment training and collective integrated training with simulated intelligence feeds/virtual data in support of local training objectives. Required Skills/Abilities: * Support the integration and operation of each designated training event.

* The TCC server includes exercise set-up, configuration, integration, control, and AAR tools. * The TSA is an engineering interface to the operational MI/ISR system. It may be built into the TCC or part of the MI system.

* The HCC is virtual 3D role playing capability. * In addition to generating a stand-alone low overhead simulation, the TCC may interface with the constructive simulation. The TCC includes two enclaves an Upper Enclave (UE) which is TS/SCI and a Lower Enclave (LE) with is Secret Collateral.

* This effort supports the ARNG, which will be fielded the Lower Enclave only. * Good working knowledge of all aspects of Military Intelligence (MI) functions/operations, ISR mission requirements, training, and planning, along with a knowledgeable understanding of connectivity and capabilities of all MI Systems to include how, what they can, or will provide to the overall Intelligence illustration for the TUC to engage the battles. * TS security clearance and polygraph and meet other eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

* Must be able to successfully pass the Defense Information System Agency (DISA) Information Systems Security (INFOSEC) Awareness compact disk-read-only memory (CD-ROM) course as a minimum training requirement. Duties/Responsibilities: * Attend exercise planning, operations and integration meetings, including but not limited to: exercise planning meetings, Integrated Process Reviews (IPRs), exercise rules of engagement, technical working group, rotational unit integration, post rotational review, operations laydown, intelligence laydown, scripting meetings/working groups/conferences, combat operations planning, integration, and support meetings. * Participate in training coordination, system setup, and assists in Soldier/unit After Action Review (AAR).

* Operate the IEWTPT system in support of exercise events. * Support system startup and shutdown. * Support operations in garrison and maneuver/training areas.

* Support recording and providing play-back of the exercise. * Support and conduct briefings on system capabilities and limitations. * Provide detailed automated /semi-automated AAR data and presentation of this data to the Trainers/Trainees.

* Participate in exercise design based on training objectives with an understanding of basic Military Intelligence core skills associated with the intelligence process and the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP). * Participate as IEWTPT Subject Matter Expert (SME) in exercise planning and coordination in support of training for MI/ISR systems and Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) operations. * Coordinate for MI/ISR Soldiers and sections in support of training for Unified Land Operations (ULO) tasks, functions and procedures for MI personnel especially Combined Arms Training Strategy (CATS) / Mission Essential Task List (METL) tasks associated with various MI specialties within team/crew level events.

* Develop, control, manage, and dynamically changing exercise data. Operator level maintenance and administration. Qualifications Education and Experience : * BA or BS degree, subject immaterial (MA or MS degree preferred).

Bachelor's degree may be substituted for when individual has (14) fourteen years or more of experience. * Minimum of (10) ten years of experience in the Intelligence field. Must have successfully served as a brigade S2 or as an Intelligence Analyst in the grade of CWO3/4 or equivalent positions (MI MAJ, SFC, CW2, or higher) within the DoD IC.

Qualified in one of the MI occupational specialties or career fields. * Experience within the Intelligence Warfighting Functional (WfF) Area with background in one or more of the Intel systems associated with the IEWTPT system. * Experience working within the Intelligence Community (IC) in one of these occupational specialties: IMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT or All-Source Intelligence (preferred) with background in one or more of the Intel systems associated with the IEWTPT system: the Tactical (or Common) Ground Station, the Distributed Common Ground System-Army (DCGS-A){"family of systems"], Prophet, GuardRail Common Sensor (GRCS) or the Tactical Exploitation System (TES).

Service at a National Intelligence Agency, Corps, or Division (or equivalent) level is preferred.
