Senior Project Analyst - ANG Executive Secretariat / SACO
Location: Arlington, VA / Washington, DC area, including NGB, TARC, Pentagon, ANGRC, Joint Base Andrews, and authorized telework locations
Work Arrangement: On-site/hybrid as authorized; remote work is not permitted
Clearance: Top Secret required; TS/SCI eligibility preferred

Position Summary
Summit Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to support ANG Executive Secretariat/SACO senior staff action operations. This position provides senior-level workflow oversight, tasker management, issue escalation, quality control, coordination, and support for high-visibility ANG actions involving NGB, HAF, OSD, Joint Staff, MAJCOMs, states, territories, and ANG Wings.
Responsibilities
  • Lead tasker triage, routing, suspense control, status tracking, and closeout.
  • Determine OPR/OCR routing and staffing requirements for assigned actions.
  • Support complex, sensitive, high-visibility, or short-suspense ANG staff actions.
  • Monitor tasker aging and escalate late or contentious actions.
  • Review completed products for quality, coordination, completeness, and responsiveness.
  • Provide guidance to Project Analysts, Action Officers, and Workflow Managers.
  • Support ANG Action Officer course and workflow manager meeting requirements.
  • Assist with SOP updates, process improvements, and continuity documentation.
  • Interface with senior military and civilian officials.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive staff action environments.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Management, Communications, Public Policy, Economics, or related field preferred.
  • Eight to ten years of relevant experience in staff action support, executive support, project analysis, military staff operations, or workflow management.
  • Strong analytical, writing, briefing, and coordination skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex tasks.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CAC and Government system access.

Preferred Qualifications
  • ANG, Air Force, NGB, HAF, Joint Staff, OSD, or MAJCOM experience.
  • Experience with ETMS2, ETS, CATMS, JSAP, TMT, or similar systems.
  • Experience briefing or supporting senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of National Guard missions and organizational relationships.

* Note: The anticipated salary range for this contingent upon award position is $80,000 to $140,000 annually. The final offered salary will be determined by the candidate's specific qualifications, relevant experience, location, and the final funding level approved by the client upon contract award.
