Job Description:
Acute Medical Staffing is seeking a New Jersey-licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time opportunity with a busy orthopedic practice in Orange, NJ.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries, with a large portion of the patient population receiving care following motor vehicle accidents/personal injury cases. This is a high-volume setting, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable managing a steady caseload while providing quality patient care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other appropriate interventions
  • Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians and other members of the clinical team


Requirements:
  • Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Orthopedic experience preferred
  • Experience treating motor vehicle accident/personal injury patients strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment
