OrthoAtlanta is looking for a data-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy focused on SEO, SEM, and digital advertising to enhance our online presence, attract new patients, and drive business growth. If you have a passion for leveraging digital channels to achieve business goals and a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals. You'll oversee all aspects of our SEO, SEM, and digital advertising campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and optimal performance.
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Plan, execute, and optimize all paid search campaigns with a primary focus on acquiring new patients. You'll manage budgets, bidding strategies, and A/B testing across various platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Create and manage our overall SEO strategy, including keyword research, link building, and content optimization. You'll collaborate with content and web teams to ensure all best practices are implemented and maintained.
  • Website Management: Oversee website updates to ensure content is accurate, timely, and optimized for search engines and user experience. You'll collaborate with web developers to enhance functionality, mobile responsiveness, and overall site performance.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign performance, identify opportunities, and manage the digital marketing budget. You'll translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for key stakeholders and management.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
