Per Diem Orthopedic Physician Assistant
Job Description:
Ortho OIC, a premier orthopedic urgent care clinic in Arlington & Chantilly, VA, is seeking a Certified Physician Assistant with a strong background in orthopedics and sports medicine. This position offers a collaborative environment with opportunities to grow and advance in the field of orthopedic care.
Position Highlights:
  • Schedule: One Saturday shift per month from 8am-6pm
  • Scope of Practice: Focus on acute orthopedic and sports medicine conditions for patients seeking immediate care.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of post-graduate experience in an Orthopedic or Sports Medicine setting.
  • Certified Physician Assistant, proficient in joint injections.
  • Experience with:
    • Sprains, strains, and fractures
    • Joint, muscle, tendon, and nerve injuries
    • X-ray interpretation, casting, bracing, and splinting
    • Sports-related and work-related injuries
  • Self-motivated and eager to contribute to a collaborative team.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and providing high-quality patient care.
Compensation & Benefits: The hourly range for this role is $65 to $90 per hour and is exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
