  • Identify opportunities for audience growth, engagement, and community building across platforms through creative and data-informed strategies.
  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, influencer activity, and best practices to ensure content remains innovative, relevant, and effective.
  • Assist in developing and executing influencer and partnership strategies to amplify reach, strengthen brand visibility, and increase engagement.

  • Support live event coverage and real-time social media storytelling when needed.
  • Maintain an organized content calendar and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications :

  • 1-5 years (salary commensurate with experience) of proven experience creating, managing, and posting content across major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and WhatsApp.
  • Strong understanding of current social media trends, audience behavior, and platform best practices.
  • Advanced experience creating static and video content using Canva, CapCut and other content creation and editing tools.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also managing projects independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Understanding of social media analytics, reporting tools, engagement metrics, and KPIs.
  • Experience with influencer outreach, community management, and/or social media advertising is a plus.
  • Experience working within nonprofit, community-based, or mission-driven organizations is beneficial.
