We are seeking a dedicated Orthodontist to serve the Tampa, FL area. This unique role offers a modern semi-remote schedule, allowing you to balance hands-on clinical work with remote diagnostic and planning days.

Job Description

Clinical Excellence: Provide high-quality orthodontic care primarily to children and young adults.
Strategy: Develop and manage individualized treatment plans; conduct remote case reviews.
Communication: Present plans to families, ensuring informed consent and comfort.
Leadership: Manage and mentor the clinical team to maintain a high standard of patient care.
Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to Florida Dental Board, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations.

Salary Range

Full-time $122,850 - $156,975 per year

Shift & Schedule

2 days in-practice / 2 days remote (treatment planning & case reviews).

Requirements
  • Licensed dentist
  • Orthodontic Residency

Education: DDS or DMD from an accredited program.
Specialty: Orthodontic specialty certification is required.
Licensure: Active Florida dental license in good standing.
Experience: 2+ years of orthodontic experience preferred; experience with children is a plus.
Skills: Strong team management and patient treatment skills.
Languages: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.
