Orthodontist - West Phoenix, AZ

$1,500-$1,800/Day Established Patient Base Built-In Referrals No Evenings or Weekends

Join a well-established, multi-office pediatric dental and orthodontic group serving Phoenix's West Valley. We are seeking an Orthodontist to step into a thriving orthodontic program with an established patient base, built-in referrals, and experienced clinical support .

An immediate start is preferred, but we are flexible for the right candidate. A transition period with the current orthodontist is available to help ensure a smooth handoff and continuity of patient care.

Whether you are an experienced orthodontist looking to add productive clinical days or a recent residency graduate looking to build a strong schedule, this opportunity offers an established foundation and significant long-term growth potential.

Compensation & Schedule
  • $1,500-$1,800 guaranteed daily rate , based on experience
  • Transition to a percentage of collections, whichever is greater , as the program grows
  • 16-20 clinical days per month
  • One office per day
  • Rotate between offices in Surprise, Avondale, and Peoria
  • No evenings or weekends

Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Completion of a CODA-accredited Orthodontic Residency
  • Active Arizona dental license or eligibility with licensure in progress
  • ABO Board Certified or Board Eligible
