Job description

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and outgoing Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This position is available full-time or part-time, approximately 3-4 days per week, with availability needed on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and confident in discussing orthodontic treatment and financial options with patients and families. Experience working in an orthodontic or dental practice is strongly preferred.

Compensation: Starting at $26 per hour, based on experience, plus monthly collection bonus opportunities

Schedule

  • Open to full or part-time opportunities
  • Approximately 3-4 days per week
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday availability preferred

Responsibilities

  • Meet with patients and families to review recommended orthodontic treatment
  • Clearly explain treatment plans, fees, insurance benefits, and financing options
  • Help patients understand payment arrangements and available financial solutions
  • Schedule treatment appointments and coordinate orthodontic starts
  • Follow up with patients who have not yet scheduled or accepted treatment
  • Track pending treatment plans and maintain consistent follow-up communication
  • Accurately document patient communication and treatment activity in Eaglesoft
  • Assist with orthodontic marketing initiatives, community events, open houses, and promotional campaigns
  • Build strong relationships with patients and create a welcoming experience
  • Work closely with the orthodontist, clinical team, and front-office staff to support practice growth

Qualifications

  • Previous orthodontic or dental treatment coordination experience preferred (2+ years)
  • Experience using Eaglesoft is strongly preferred
  • Comfortable discussing treatment costs, insurance benefits, and financing options
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Confident in presenting treatment and helping patients move forward with care
  • Experience assisting with marketing events or community outreach is a plus
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
