ODL is offering paid training to be a part of our team - this means no previous experience in a dental lab is needed or necessary to apply for this role. What is an Orthodontic Lab / Production Technicianย 

Our Lab / Production Techs hand-craft top-quality dental appliances for our Orthodontist and Dentist customers in order to serve their patients' needs. As a result, we collaborate with these dental professionals to create industry-leading quality appliances that create smiles for their patients that inspire a lifetime of confidence. This is done through a combination of advanced processes and materials, including CAD/CAM design, 3D printing of resin and metal, wire bending, and fabrication of highly specialized acrylics and metal alloys. All of this is done in our beautiful and new lab production facility located on Chandler Street in Buffalo, NY, which provides our employees a clean, open, naturally lit, and overall pleasant work environment to thrive within.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

Ideal candidates for these positions will possess excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to minute details, including the ability to recognize differences in color and shape. With each appliance being unique to each patient, creating these appliances is a combination of technical and artistic mastery, which takes time and commitment to learn, which we provide all the training to achieve.


Work Schedule: 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm

Minimum Experience: Entry-level
