Orthopedic (Ortho) Spine Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN)
Fort Myers / Cape Coral, Florida

We’re hiring an Ortho Spine PCU RN in Fort Myers / Cape Coral, Florida who wants strong earning potential, relocation support, and surgical specialty growth in a progressive care setting.

You’ll step into an acute care role focused on caring for post-operative orthopedic and spine patients requiring close monitoring, pain management, and mobility progression. This is a step-down environment where precision, clinical judgment, and recovery planning directly impact patient outcomes.
