  • Manage non-operative spine care and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate closely with the Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to support patient outcomes and service line growth
  • Review imaging, complete clinical documentation, and coordinate care across departments
  • Serve as a clinical leader within the outpatient practice as the Orthopedic Spine program expands
Qualifications
  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner in North Carolina (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Prior experience in Orthopedics, Spine, Pain Management, or a related specialty preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and comfort in a fast-paced outpatient environment
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
Compensation & Benefits
  • We offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package, including:
  • Guaranteed salary based on experience
  • Sign-on bonus
  • Relocation assistance
  • CME time and CME stipend
  • Paid time off (PTO)
  • Quality bonus opportunity
  • Full medical, dental, vision, and retirement plan options
