Your role in our mission
  • Requierements Validation (RV)
    The Domain Lead is responsible for defining and validating Provider+ functional requirements and ensuring requirements are complete, accurate, and testable.
    Key responsibilities include:
    • Owning and managing Provider+ functional requirements.
    • Leading requirement validation discussions and client review sessions.
    • Ensuring acceptance criteria and "How Requirement is Met" documentation are complete and accurate.
    • Maintaining requirement metadata, dependencies, system components, and configuration mapping.
    • Facilitating requirement demonstrations with project teams.
    • Reviewing and validating Business Process Models (BPMs).
    • Managing Business Rules Questionnaires to capture client-specific rules.
    • Tracking decisions, assumptions, risks, issues, and gaps.
    • Enforcing documentation quality, governance, and traceability standards.
    • Managing DEV environment readiness, smoke testing, and release validation.
    • Supporting Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) development.

    Design
    The Domain Lead drives solution design activities and ensures the proposed solution fully satisfies approved requirements.
    Key responsibilities include:
    • Planning and facilitating design workshops and review sessions.
    • Managing completion of design documentation and business rule artifacts.
    • Coordinating design demonstrations and client reviews.
    • Addressing and resolving design comments and feedback.
    • Ensuring alignment across interfaces, reports, workflows, letters, and security components.
    • Supporting Product Change Requests (CRs) identified during requirements or design activities.
    • Creating Solution Design Documents (SDDs) as required.
    • Maintaining Configuration Workbooks and design artifacts.

    Build / Configuration
    The Domain Lead oversees domain configuration and ensures build activities align with approved designs and business requirements.
    Key responsibilities include:
    • Leading Provider+ configuration planning and execution.
    • Overseeing configuration for enrollment, maintenance, revalidation, and related processes.
    • Ensuring configuration aligns with approved design and documented business rules.
    • Producing or validating unit testing outcomes.
    • Coordinating client-facing build demonstrations.
    • Governing configuration changes and change-control processes.

    System Integration Testing (SIT)
    The Domain Lead serves as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) during testing.
    Key responsibilities include:
    • Reviewing test cases for requirement and acceptance criteria coverage.
    • Providing Provider+ SME support during SIT execution.
    • Supporting defect investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution.
    • Validating that fixes align with intended business outcomes.
    • Tracking resolution of functional gaps across Product and Implementation teams.

    User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
    The Domain Lead supports business validation activities and readiness for production.
    Key responsibilities include:
    • Providing functional SME support during UAT.
    • Assisting with user questions, training validation, and defect resolution.
    • Verifying solution readiness against documented requirements.
    • Supporting retesting and final issue disposition activities.

    Operational Readiness Review (ORR)
    The Domain Lead contributes to organizational and operational preparedness for production deployment.
    Key responsibilities include:
    • Supporting environment, process, resource, and operational readiness activities.
    • Providing Provider+ input to client ORR reviews.
    • Supporting parallel and performance testing activities.
    • Assisting with cutover planning and transition-to-operations readiness.

    Cross-Phase Leadership Responsibilities
    Throughout the project lifecycle, the Domain Lead ensures continuity, governance, and alignment across all teams and deliverables.
    Key responsibilities include:
    • Maintaining end-to-end traceability from requirements through testing.
    • Managing domain-level RAID logs, decisions, and action items.
    • Coordinating across Product, AD&I, Training, Testing, and Technical teams.
    • Supporting knowledge transfer activities, SOP development, and hypercare readiness.
    • Serving as the primary functional authority for the Provider+ domain from project initiation through go-live and stabilization.

What we're looking for
  • Ten or more years of application architecture and/or product development experience.
  • Experience working with:
    • Architecture framework methodologies such as TOGAF.
    • Software systems, applications, and supporting infrastructure.
    • Application design principles and product configurations.
    • Programming languages, databases, tooling, operating systems, infrastructure, and cloud technologies, as relative to any given Account.
    • Software development lifecycles and client requirements.
    • Leadership skills to guide and mentor the work of less experienced personnel.
    • Good communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel, application development personnel and management.
    • Strongly Preferred - Enterprise Architecture experience within a Healthcare environment.
  • Driving of Enterprise Architecture initiatives for large Accounts, State and Federal Accounts.
  • Producing technical roadmaps, architecture diagrams, and supporting documentation.
  • Conducting technical research, testing, and evaluation of complex IT systems.
  • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile.

The pay range for this position is $118,800.00 - $169,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
