Responsibilities

Conduct discovery conversations to understand the insurance needs of our local community members.

Create customized coverage proposals that provide genuine protection and peace of mind for our clients.

Manage a consistent pipeline of new business by reaching out to prospective policyholders.

Maintain accurate client records within our database to ensure high-quality, long-term service.

Stay updated on product changes to provide the most relevant and helpful advice to your clients.

Collaborate with the broader team to share best practices and contribute to our positive office energy.


Requirements

Active Life and Health Insurance License for the state of Michigan.

Previous experience working in a direct sales or customer-facing role.

Strong comfort level with learning new software and digital tracking tools.

Clear, empathetic communication skills, both over the phone and in person.

Strong organizational habits to manage daily follow-ups and client inquiries.

Familiarity with local Lake Orion community networks is a plus.
