Description
Position Summary
The Finish Production Associate is responsible for completing the final finishing steps for production orders. This role includes folding apparel, trimming and cleaning embroidered products, assembling completed items by order, and ensuring finished goods are organized, accurate, and ready for the next step in the fulfillment process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a production environment, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Position Responsibilities
  • Fold apparel and finished products according to company standards.
  • Trim threads and clean embroidery production after items have been completed.
  • Inspect finished items for cleanliness, presentation, and overall production quality.
  • Assemble completed items by order to ensure accuracy before the next fulfillment step.
  • Organize finished goods in a neat and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the day.
  • Support the production team by helping move completed work through the finishing process.
  • Identify and report product defects, production issues, or order discrepancies to a supervisor.
  • Follow company procedures for handling finished apparel and embellished products.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and work cooperatively with production and warehouse team members.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications
  • Prior warehouse, production, apparel, or embroidery finishing experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Compensation
Competitive hourly rate! This position is eligible for benefits after 30 days of service and our 401k plan after 90 days of service!
