We are looking for a highly motivated, person who will assist in the daily operations for our furnished apartments. This is a full-time position. However, the location is downtown and a car is necessary to work.

Your mission is to assist clients during their check-in and check-out, satisfying their needs and make their stay as comfortable as possible. This role requires an enthusiastic, optimistic, organized, highly motivated, and joyful person. This position will cover two key activities: LOGISTICS: You ensure the apartments are well maintained and regularly verify the quality of the housekeeping staff You respond to the specific verbal & written requests and needs of the clients during their stay You welcome the tenants into our suites, review procedures, inventory & how to operate all appliances & equipment You supervise all the tasks of cleaning, laundry and storage for the linen of apartments You control the inventories of supplies and equipment for the apartments ADMINISTRATION: You maintain updated records concerning each apartment & are the liaison for all maintenance work You organize the schedules of housekeeping and maintain control logs You maintain inventory lists per site of supplies & equipment (set re-order minimums) You strive to improve productivity by taking initiatives and trying new ideas PROFILE You are out-going, love to meet people and a "self-starter", confident in taking initiatives You speak English fluently: reading, written and spoken (French and Spanish are a "plus") You are comfortable using general office software programs and navigating the internet You know how to manage priorities and organize tasks according to urgency You are capable of coordinating and synthesizing information coming from different sources You are reliable, well organized and highly motivated to work with the public You appreciate teamwork and have excellent interpersonal skills You present as confident, courteous and professional; you are able to communicate with high level corporate clients and demanding customers This is a real opportunity for a candidate who wishes to invest in his/her full development in a new and growing company with lots of potential for career development.
