We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Intern to support the Enterprise Sales Executive in maintaining accurate CRM data, assisting with sales pipeline management, and contributing to key sales initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to enterprise sales processes within the equipment rental industry and is ideal for a detail-oriented individual interested in sales, business development, or operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure accurate and current client, prospect, and project data
  • Assist with tracking and managing sales pipeline activity, including lead entry, status updates, and opportunity progression
  • Conduct research on prospective clients, projects, and market opportunities within target sectors
  • Support the preparation of sales materials and client outreach efforts
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, follow-ups, and client communications as needed
  • Assist in organizing sales documentation, contracts, and project records
  • Identify opportunities to improve CRM data quality and sales processes

Qualifications
