Job Description
About the Department:
The Global Talent function is responsible for talent acquisition, talent and performance management, organization effectiveness, learning & leadership development and early career pipeline planning at Invesco globally.
About the role:
Reporting to the Global Head of Organization Effectiveness, the Organizational Effectiveness Partner is both a thought partner to HR and business leaders, and a hands-on enabler of improving effectiveness. This role will support at critical trigger points and/or moments of significant change and complexity to help leaders accelerate teams/organizations to higher performance, enable change adoption and strengthen how people work together to unlock performance; ensuring we continually raise the bar to stay competitive, and client focused. As part of a small team of specialists, you will collaborate to shape and evolve the way we approach organization effectiveness including discovery & diagnostics, globally consistent tools and approaches for team-effectiveness interventions and how we coach our leaders.
Responsibilities of the Role:
  • Design and evolve globally consistent OE methodologies, tools, and frameworks aligned to Invesco's strategy to drive efficiency, scalability, and impact
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, translating strategy and challenges into targeted OE interventions that accelerate performance and enable change
  • Lead end-to-end intervention design and execution, including diagnostics, design, facilitation/coaching, measurement, and follow-up using standardized toolkits
  • Diagnose organizational and team dynamics through observation, assessments, and data to identify root causes and inform effective solutions
  • Facilitate team interventions and leadership programs while providing individual executive coaching and administering/debriefing assessments
  • Develop executive-ready presentations, reports, and insights, leveraging data and storytelling to drive alignment and decision-making; partner with vendors as needed
  • Establish evaluation metrics and continuous improvement practices, stay current on industry best practices, ensure alignment to Invesco priorities, and collaborate effectively across a global, matrixed environment

Requirements of the Role:
  • 7-10 years of experience in progressive HR, Talent, or Organizational Development experience within complex, global, matrixed environments
  • Proven ability to partner with HR and senior leaders on change adoption and organizational challenges
  • Strong consulting, facilitation, and coaching capabilities, with relevant certifications and experience using psychometric assessments preferred
  • Deep knowledge of organization effectiveness frameworks, team dynamics, diagnostics, change models, and leadership methodologies
  • Strategic, systems-thinking mindset with the ability to connect OE strategies to business outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, communication, and presentation skills, with credibility at senior levels
  • Analytical, curious, and adaptable, with strong project management skills, a bias for action, and high integrity handling sensitive information
