Your role:

We're looking for adynamic Learning and Development Partnerto lead delivery of high-impact learning experiences that elevate performance and drive business success-especially in Sales. If you're passionate about adult learning, skilled in facilitation, have experience with design, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is your opportunity to make a measurable difference.

  • Facilitate engaging learning experiencesacross in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats-from one-hour sessions to multi-day programs.

  • Coach learnersto apply new skills on the job, reinforcing knowledge and driving performance improvement.

  • Design and enhance training programsand materials that align with business goals and boost employee engagement.

  • Measure learning effectivenessusing data and feedback to continuously improve programs and outcomes.

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, HR, Organizational Development, or related field, or a equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • Minimum 5 years functional experience in learning and development including a minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or delivering sales-focused learning programs with measurable business impact.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative; team is located in another state.

  • Ability to make significant contribution to processes and systems.

  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

  • Proven ability tocommunicate and connectwith learners at all levels-from frontline team members to senior leaders.

  • Strongfacilitation and presentation skillswith a track record of delivering engaging, results-driven training.

  • Experience insales enablementor delivering sales-focused learning programs with measurable business impact.

  • Knowledge ofadult learning principlesand instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).

  • Ability toanalyze performance gapsand provide targeted coaching and support.

  • Skilled inprogram coordination, including scheduling, logistics, and learner engagement.

  • Preferred: Experience withinstructional design,content development, andlearning management systems (LMS).

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $78,000.00 - $124,800.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
