Key Responsibilities The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing new sales programs. Among key responsibilities are: Ensure new business sales targets are met.

Build and keep a healthy project pipeline outside of established accounts. Lead the company's programmatic sales motion and define policies and actions to maximize sales effectiveness Help increase database of target companies and individuals in the Pacific Northwest. Help refine the ideal target customer profile Design and implement effective sales programs.

Lead a healthy rhythm of touch points with target customers. Conduct sales meetings and presentations. Orchestrate company resources to drive opportunities to closing Work closely with Principals to identify new opportunities and define effective sales pitches and approaches Contribute to the development and refinement of the company vision and strategy Support management and decision-making to ensure the company maximizes its short and long-term profitability Develop, review, and report on the business development strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the team Qualifications 4+ years of experience in sales to large enterprises in the technology industry Proficiency in the IT landscape, particularly the software industry Ability to develop and retain a portfolio of client relationships Proven track record of meeting and exceeding $1M+ sales targets Master level education preferred Desirable Skills Results oriented and self-motivation Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong people management skills Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically Ability to work collaboratively Compensation Competitive Base Salary + Commision.
