What You Will Do:
  • Guidehouse is seeking an Organization Development Senior Consultant to support large-scale transformation initiatives, including planning and executing organizational redesigns, enabling leadership effectiveness, and strengthening team performance to achieve mission outcomes.
  • Lead and support organizational design and restructuring efforts, including current/future state design, governance models, and transition planning
  • Develop and implement change and organization development strategies aligned with client mission, workforce requirements, and operating models
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs, including competency models, coaching frameworks, and executive workshops
  • Facilitate team effectiveness workshops, including strategic planning sessions, team charters, and conflict resolution engagements
  • Conduct organizational assessments (e.g., culture, workforce, readiness, and capability assessments) and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, including planning, task execution, quality assurance, and deliverable development
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with mid-to-senior level stakeholders
  • Mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and feedback
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
  • Support business development through proposals and thought leadership
What You Will Need:
  • Master's degree in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of consulting or relevant experience in organizational development or transformation
  • Demonstrated experience planning and supporting organizational redesigns, reorganizations, or operating model transformations
  • Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs and facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex organizational challenges into structured, actionable solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing project workstreams and junior team members
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level deliverables
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (i.e. US citizenship required)
What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • Experience supporting federal health agencies (e.g., CDC, HHS)
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
  • Certification in change management, leadership coaching, facilitation, and/or organizational design
  • Experience developing competency models and workforce strategies
