Position: Assistant Studio Manager

Job Overview:

As the Assistant Studio Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the studio. You’ll work closely with the Studio Manager to ensure the studio runs smoothly, meets sales goals, and delivers an exceptional member experience.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Studio Manager in overseeing all aspects of studio operations, including staff management, sales performance, and member experience.
  • Hire, train, and develop sales staff to drive memberships and enhance customer service.
  • Assist in executing sales and marketing strategies to grow studio utilization and lead generation.
  • Manage and maintain studio schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and high client satisfaction.
  • Attend and participate in training sessions to stay knowledgeable about BODY20 technology and programming.
  • Promote the studio through community outreach, social media, and events.
  • Handle client inquiries, membership concerns, and overall customer service to maintain high retention.
  • Assist in managing studio inventory, payroll, and facilities maintenance.
  • Meet or exceed personal and studio sales goals while maintaining an engaging studio culture.
Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in fitness sales or customer service
  • Management or leadership experience in a boutique fitness studio or similar environment
  • Experience working with KPIs, revenue targets, and team performance management
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
  • Proficiency in sales software and technology platforms
  • Ability to lead by example, coach a team, and create a high-energy studio culture
