The group you'll be a part of
The Global Operations Group brings information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics, and high-volume manufacturing together to drive the engine of our global business operations. We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam's business.
The impact you'll make
As the Lead Facilitator & Organizational Capability Program Manager within Global Planning & Operations (GP&O), you will serve as the organization's "Trainer Zero," creating scalable workforce enablement capabilities that improve workforce readiness, accelerate onboarding, and strengthen organizational performance globally.
You will establish and lead GP&O's Train-the-Trainer ecosystem, develop a network of facilitators and instructors, and drive delivery excellence across onboarding, Business Fundamentals, leadership development, and capability-building programs. Through global collaboration, facilitation expertise, and disciplined program leadership, you will help transform critical knowledge into repeatable organizational capability.
What you'll do
Workforce Enablement Leadership
  • Design and scale GP&O's Train-the-Trainer ecosystem.
  • Establish facilitator certification standards, coaching processes, and quality expectations.
  • Build and sustain a distributed facilitator network across regions and functions.

Global Learning Delivery
  • Facilitate onboarding, Business Fundamentals, leadership, and capability-development programs.
  • Lead deployment planning, readiness activities, pilot programs, and continuous improvement efforts.

Capability Adoption
  • Partner with functional leaders, SMEs, Role Communities, and Site Representatives to accelerate knowledge transfer and workforce readiness.
  • Measure learning effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.

Program Leadership
  • Lead large-scale cross-functional enablement initiatives and influence stakeholders globally.
  • Develop executive-ready recommendations, reports, and deployment strategies.

Who we're looking for
  • 7+ years of program management, enablement, learning, operations, or organizational development experience.
  • Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Experience coaching instructors, facilitators, or leaders.
  • Proven ability to lead global programs and influence across organizations.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and organizational change capabilities.
  • Experience developing scalable enablement programs is highly desirable

Preferred qualifications
  • Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.
