1. Organizational Management

Financial Administration -- Preparing annual budget and reserve study, monthly invoicing and reporting to the Board of Directors.

Personnel Management -- Hiring, training and scheduling staff and oversight of vendors.

Property Management -- Managing safe operations of a gated community with gate houses, common area landscaping, roadways, open space and ski trails.

Mountain Operation -- Knowledge of snowmaking, ski patrolling and ski trail grooming.

2. Personal Skills

Strong guest service experience and familiarity with workings and personnel of local government entities.
