Melanie has been the best leader I have ever worked for in the spa industry (and for me that has been over 25 years). Her work ethic and compassion for her employees and clients are why we are a 5 star spa!."

What You'll Do:

  • Perform elevated organic facials using Eminence Organic Skincare
  • Customize treatments for visible, lasting results-acne, anti-aging, sensitive skin & more
  • Offer an organic twist on advanced services like HydraFacials, peels, dermaplaning, and LED
  • Educate guests on holistic skincare and long-term skin health
  • Provide five-star service in a calm, beautiful environment

Preferred Experience With:

  • We blend beauty with results. Our curated treatments achieve visible change without compromising wellness or ingredient purity.
  • We invest in you. We provide ongoing trainings and in-house education to keep your skills sharp and your passion fueled.
  • We set you up for success. You'll have a consistently full schedule, stunning treatment rooms to work in, products that truly deliver and an incredible leadership team who supports you and your growth.

What We Offer:

  • Busy schedule + established, high-end clientele
  • Commission-based pay + quarterly performance bonuses + tips
  • Paid time off (full-time)
  • Employer-contributed health insurance (medical, dental, vision for full-time employees)
  • W2 employment with supportive leadership
  • Discounts on spa services and organic skincare
  • A beautiful, serene work environment designed for renewal

Let's Glow Together.
