If you are looking for an opportunity to grow your career, we have an opportunity for you based in our Stafford, TX location! You will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders and production schedules are aligned to meet contractual delivery dates and optimize customer happiness.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Managing backlog priorities and order execution; measure site performance of initial order commit dates and accurate discrepancies.
  • Tracking regional backlog aging, identify and review critical issues focusing on solutions and customer communication.
  • Serve as first contact post-sales order; manage customer change requests; provide phone and email support related to customer happiness.
  • Advise customers on shipping/schedule changes; provide expediting and shipping schedule support; ensure timely response to inquiries
  • Develop professional customer relationships; communicate critical issues and ensure delivery commitments are met.
  • Liaise on order issues, clear credit blocks with Risk Analyst, and manage production schedules.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; Five years plus of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the education requirement. 
  • Strong computer proficiency, solid math skills, and a high level of accuracy working with detailed information; excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
