Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control & Order Verification Specialist to support outbound operations in a fast-paced 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) warehouse environment. This role is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, preparing inventory for outbound orders, and verifying shipments prior to dispatch to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.


Location: Langhorne, PA

Salary: $21-$25 depending on experience


Key Responsibilities

  • Create, allocate, and stage inventory for outbound customer orders
  • Verify picked orders for accuracy, including SKU, quantity, lot/serial numbers, and packaging requirements
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Ensure all outbound shipments meet client-specific requirements and SLAs
  • Maintain accurate inventory records within the WMS (Warehouse Management System)
  • Communicate with warehouse, customer service, and operations teams to resolve issues quickly
  • Assist with labeling, packaging, and documentation for outbound shipments
  • Follow all safety procedures and warehouse best practices
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
