Clayton Services is searching for a Bilingual Order Puller/Selector to join a thriving company in Northwest Houston. The Bilingual Order Puller/Selector will be responsible for accurately selecting orders, preparing products for shipment, and supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.


Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $16.50/hour
Benefits: Excellent benefits are available after the successful completion of the temporary period, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, bonuses, and more.


Must be able to pass a background and drug screening before starting.


Bilingual Order Puller/Selector Responsibilities:

  • Pull, select, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Use an electric pallet jack to move products throughout the warehouse
  • Verify product numbers, quantities, and order details before shipment
  • Build, wrap, and stage pallets for delivery or distribution
  • Load and unload products as needed
  • Check products for damages, discrepancies, or quality concerns
  • Assist with inventory counts and product organization
