Job description

We're currently looking for experienced Order Selector to work in a the shipping and receiving department in a fast-paced Warehouse in Davie, FL. Mainly duties include shipping, receiving, and order selectors. (Pull, Pack and Ship), keep records, and work with warehouse team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

  • Process and ship orders using software including UPS Worldship, FedEx ShipManager, RF-Smart for NetSuite, and Pacejet as well as learn and work with various other customer-specific platforms.
  • Check documents and orders for accuracy
  • Prepare orders, check shipments for accuracy
  • Provide reports for customers, respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Receive inbound, check against purchase orders quantity and sku items, upon received put away accordingly
  • Inventory cycle counts as needed
  • Keep organized records of outbound shipments, shipments received, and inventory

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, NetSuite in particular, Outlook, RF Scanners
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
  • Must be able to plan workflow and work with staff to complete tasks promptly
  • Ability to multi-task and make decisions based on workflow
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Must be able to stand for long periods
  • Requires pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, reaching
  • Must be able to lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 75 pounds)
  • Shipping and Receiving: 4 years (Preferred)
  • Warehouse: 4 years (Preferred)
  • The ideal individual would also have experience using Outlook, NetSuite, Excel, Word, Office 365
