Position Summary
The Order Selector / Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately selecting, staging, receiving, and stocking products to support Flippers Pizza Company’s pizzeria and wholesale operations. This position ensures customer orders are complete, inventory is properly rotated and organized, and all warehouse activities are performed safely while following GMP, SQF, and food safety standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
 Pick, verify, and stage daily pizzeria and wholesale customer orders.
 Ensure all orders are accurate before shipment, including quantities, products, and lot codes.
 Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
 Receive incoming deliveries and verify quantities and product condition.
 Stock products in warehouse, cooler, and freezer locations.
 Rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out).
 Maintain clean, organized, and inspection-ready storage areas.
 Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
 Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or food safety concerns immediately.
 Follow all GMP, food safety, sanitation, and SQF requirements.
 Safely operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment.
 Work closely with Production, QA, and Logistics to meet daily shipping schedules.
 Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
 High school diploma or GED preferred.
 Warehouse, shipping/receiving, distribution, or food manufacturing experience preferred.
 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
 Reliable attendance and punctuality.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Basic math and counting skills.
 Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Physical Requirements
 Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
 Stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
 Work in refrigerated and freezer environments as needed.
 Push and pull loaded carts and pallet jacks.
