Job description

Our established and long-standing eCommerce Company is quickly in need of a full-time Order Processing and Team Support Account Representative.

About the Position:

The Order Processing and Team Support Account Representative will be responsible for order processing, billing, creation of purchase orders, monitoring order process and communicating with vendors. This position will charge orders and interacting with customer service and sales teams to support their questions on incoming or changes to orders is also a requirement. The ideal candidate for this position will be smart, energetic, and professional, with a very high attention to detail. Previous experience with Magento, Netsuite or online order entry is a plus.

Order Entry Skills and Requirements

· Minimum of 2-3 years of professional computer experience

· Detail oriented / Critical thinking

· Flexible attitude with a strong constitution

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

· Comfortable multi-tasking using both telephone and email and Teams or Skype to communicate with Sales and Support teams.

· Proven and excellent work record

· Self-directed proactive problem-solving ability with good judgment

· Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English

Computer Skills Required

· Comfortable in a computerized office environment

· Strong ability to adapt to and learn new technologies

· Intermediate level of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

· Ability to perform basic data entry functions (including intermediate typing speed)
