About the Role
The Order Management Coordinator serves as the person responsible for proficiently entering accurate orders into our systems and serves as the primary contact for customers and salespeople on order entry needs. OMC will resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Hybrid! This position is onsite three days a week at our Littleton, CO location

What You'll Do
  • Resolve customer complaints via email or telephone.
  • Process orders, exchanges, and credits into Oracle
  • Work closely with sales teams, partners, and customers to solve booking discrepancies
  • Review and evaluate terms and conditions, identify, and reconcile customer and 3D Systems terms to ensure accurate fulfillment of orders and minimize the company's risk.
  • Obtain appropriate approvals outlined in the company's approval authorization matrices.
  • Ensure billing, generate proforma invoices, and escalate billing issues as necessary.
  • Adhere to existing policies and procedures and actively participate in internal and external audits.
  • Coordinate and ensure timely delivery, Domestic and International.
  • Create and maintain sales packets for revenue recognition per SOX (Sarbanes -Oxley) policy and procedures, Domestic and International.

Qualifications
What You'll Bring
  • College degree or relevant 1-3 years' experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, with minimal supervision.
  • The ability to interface effectively at all levels internally and with the Customer.
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills and the determination to solve them promptly.
  • ERP systems experience a significant plus. (Oracle R12)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce software is a plus.
