The Role

The Order Processor - Inside Sales is the foundational training role within the Inside Sales organization at CSI.

This role is designed for individuals who are building proficiency in CSI systems, processes, and Inside Sales customer service expectations while handling a reduced and structured workload under close supervision.

The primary objective of this role is successful progression into the Inside Sales Representative 1 (ISR 1) role within approximately 618 months, based on performance and development readiness.

What Youll Do

  • Process basic orders (e.g., CSI Store, drop ship, standard items) accurately and efficiently
  • Enter and maintain order, customer, and account data within ERP and CRM systems
  • File all documents consistently and accurately in the DMS
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries with urgency and professionalism, setting clear expectations
  • Enter RMAs within established timelines and escalate issues appropriately

Education & Training

  • High school diploma required; college credits desired; technical/mechanical emphasis. preferred.

Experience

  • 0-3 years experience in a customer service, order entry, operations, or related support role.
  • Experience working in ERP, CRM or order-management systems, preferred.
  • Equivalent experience demonstrating readiness to learn systems, maintain accuracy, and communicate professionally may be considered.
