Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. The Warehouse Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of our warehouse. This position requires experience with E-Automate, a comprehensive software solution used in inventory management and order processing. The Warehouse Coordinator will work alongside the Warehouse Manager using E-Automate to optimize operations, streamline processes, and enhance productivity.
Location: Jessup, Maryland
Compensation: $19 - $24 per hour
Responsibilities:
  1. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all products and materials using E-Automate, including tracking stock levels, replenishing inventory, and conducting regular audits.
  2. Order Processing: Utilize E-Automate to process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries. Monitor order statuses, handle order changes, and resolve any discrepancies.
  3. Receiving and Shipping: Oversee the receiving of incoming shipments and the shipping of outgoing orders. Use E-Automate to create shipping labels, packing lists, and ensure proper documentation.
  4. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes in conjunction with E-Automate to ensure that all products meet the required standards before shipment.
  5. Warehouse Organization: Optimize warehouse layout and organization with E-Automate to enhance space utilization and facilitate efficient material handling.
  6. Equipment Maintenance: Schedule and oversee the maintenance and repairs of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors, to ensure their reliability.
  7. Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed within the warehouse, including proper handling of hazardous materials and equipment.
  8. Reporting: Generate reports using E-Automate to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as order fulfillment rates, inventory turnover, and accuracy of shipments.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience using an inventory management system.
  • Proficiency in using E-Automate or related software for inventory management, order processing, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, shipping, and quality control.
