Description
Brivo is seeking a Sales Orders Specialist to join our team in Austin, Texas. This position offers a pay rate of $21.00 - $23.00 per hour. As a Sales Orders Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for Brivo’s customers and partners. You will be responsible for accurately processing incoming orders, verifying account details, and making sure all documentation is complete before items move to fulfillment.
This role works closely with our Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to answer inquiries, resolve order-related issues, and keep workflows moving efficiently. By serving as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and external partners, you’ll directly impact our customer satisfaction and support Brivo’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately manage incoming sales orders, ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Finance, and Operations, to resolve order-related issues and improve workflows.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from resellers, prospects, and internal stakeholders via email, Slack, and phone.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of sales orders to ensure all required documentation and information are complete before processing.
  • Stay current on Brivo’s offerings and industry trends to effectively represent the brand in external communications.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Experience in sales order processing, sales operations, or a related administrative role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS work environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly and professionally engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with technology and cloud-based tools; experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and NetSuite preferred.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident in explaining technical concepts and troubleshooting order-related issues.
  • A team player who takes initiative and enjoys working in a collaborative, supportive environment.
