Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM | Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We are seeking a Order Processing Associate to support residential lighting projects from customer selection through final delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys project coordination, order management, customer communication, and working with multiple stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience.

What you'll do as a Order Processing Associate

  • Coordinate and manage a high volume of residential lighting projects throughout the order lifecycle
  • Enter customer selections accurately into the order management system while ensuring alignment with project specifications and schedules
  • Process selection changes and request updated purchase orders as needed
  • Create, maintain, and update electronic project files for more than 800 active jobs
  • Process customer reselection requests quickly and accurately
  • Confirm orders 12 days prior to delivery using the most current project information
  • Review project documentation for completeness and resolve missing or inaccurate information before it impacts timelines
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers, vendors, installers, and internal teams, providing timely and professional communication
  • Partner across departments to keep projects on schedule and deliver a positive customer experience
  • Prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and organization
