Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Parts Pricing Management
- Administer and maintain parts pricing data, including routine price increase adjustments and periodic price reviews to ensure accuracy and market competitiveness.
- Monitor parts price changes on an ongoing basis and identify abnormalities, discrepancies, or irregularities; investigate root causes and coordinate corrections as needed.
- Lead and coordinate the semi-annual parts price increase process, including data preparation, cross-functional communication, system updates, and post-implementation validation.
- Collaborate with pricing, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate price file updates across all relevant systems.
- Maintain pricing documentation and audit trails to support compliance and internal review requirements.
Financial & Expense Processing
- Process and post purchase orders (POs) and departmental expenses, including contractor payroll and other operational expenditures, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Reconcile posted expenses against budget allocations and flag variances for management review.
- Coordinate with Finance and Accounting teams to support month-end close activities related to departmental cost tracking.
Sales Trend Analysis & Forecasting
- Compile, analyze, and distribute daily and monthly parts sales trend reports, providing actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain monthly parts sales forecasts, leveraging historical data, market trends, and input from relevant stakeholders.
- Identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities within sales data and present findings to management in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain and update reporting dashboards and data models to ensure data integrity and timeliness.
Export Order Processing
- Support the exports team with parts export order processing, including order entry, documentation coordination, and status tracking.
- Ensure export orders are processed accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and customer requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments and the exports team to resolve order-related issues and ensure on-time fulfillment.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field required.
Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, parts operations, pricing management, or a related function.
- Experience in the automotive, heavy equipment, or parts distribution industry preferred.
- Prior exposure to export operations or international logistics is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data modeling); experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) for order processing and financial transactions.
- Solid understanding of pricing structures, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present data and findings to cross-functional teams and management.
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues. Bilingual - Korea with business level writing skill
