About the Role:
The Order Fulfillment Associate plays a critical role in our supply chain by accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment. You will ensure that every customer receives the correct items in perfect condition, directly impacting our operational excellence. This role requires a blend of physical stamina, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit to maintain the seamless flow of goods from our warehouse to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick & Verify: Accurately select products based on picking lists or electronic instructions, verifying product codes and quantities.
  • Pack & Prepare: Securely pack products for shipment and audit against packing lists to ensure they arrive safely and meet quality standards.
  • Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly follow all safety protocols to minimize workplace hazards.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely order processing and efficient fulfillment.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and interpret order instructions and product labels accurately.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
  • Basic math skills for counting and verifying order quantities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or shipping environment.
